1. When will my item be delivered?

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days, with a total delivery time of 8–12 business days. You'll receive tracking information once your order ships

3. Do you deliver everywhere?

We currently ship throughout the United States. We do not ship to PO Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).

4. I want to return my item. What do I do?

Email us at info@zatuxe.com within 30 days of receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.

5. How can I change or cancel my order?

Please contact us at info@zatuxe.com as soon as possible with your order number. We'll do our best to accommodate changes before your order is processed.

6. What type of payments do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All prices are listed in USD. Refer to our Payment Policy for more information

7. What if my order is delayed?

Unfortunately, delays can sometimes occur at times. You can also try to go to our Track Your Order page to check the status of your item

If your order exceeds 15 business days without delivery, please reach out to us at info@zatuxe.com and we'll investigate with the carrier on your behalf.

8. What should I do if I receive a damaged product?

Contact us immediately at info@zatuxe.com with details of the issue. We'll evaluate it and make it right as quickly as possible.
